Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free on purchases over $99 (Canada only, excluding NU). For orders $99 or less, it varies from $13-$20. You can see how much your shipping is when going though the checkout before you have to submit payment information.
Q: Do you have everything that's on your site in your store?A: Yes. We only show product on our site that we physically have in our store, unless otherwise noted. In fact we have much more product that is only available in-store. We do our best to keep the site current and update our site continually, but sometimes items sell out before we have a chance update our website.
Q: Can I visit the shop?
A: Yes, we are a full retail store in addition to our online store.
Q: Do you ship outside of Canada and the US?A: At this time we do not.
Q: How do you ship?
A: Canada Post or FedEx.
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: Yes, $15.00 before taxes and shipping.
Q: I just want to order some small items, like stickers. Why is shipping so much?
A: Our shipping is calculated on the most common items we sell, like shoes, which have to ship using parcel rates. If you just want to order small items (under 2cm thickness) that can ship by lettermail, and you don't require tracking, we can accommodate this. Just request it in the comments section when you check out and we'll reduce the shipping accordingly.
