Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is free on purchases over $200 (Canada only, excluding NU), before taxes. For orders $150 or less, it's a flat rate of $25. You can see how much your shipping is when going though the checkout before you have to submit payment information.


Q: Do you have everything that's on your site in your store?

A: Yes. We only show product on our site that we physically have in our store, unless otherwise noted. In fact we have much more product that is only available in-store. We do our best to keep the site current and update our site continually, but sometimes items sell out before the site has updated. We apologize in advance!


Q: Can I visit the shop?

A: Yes, we are a full retail store in addition to our online store.
