Area 51 Return Policy

Sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds.

All US orders are final.

All other returns must be authorized by Area 51. Please email us to request an authorization number.

Authorized returns are accepted 30 days after the date of purchase.

Items may be returned at your expense for a refund, but the original shipping charge is not refundable. Orders with free shipping will have a shipping charge added when returned. All items must be in their new, original selling condition with all tags and any extras intact. Orders should be wrapped or boxed and paper should not be taped to the outside of the product box. Your authorization number must be written on the address label.

Any procedures not adhered to may result in your return being refused.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Items that are not returnable:

• Decks that are gripped
• Custom built completes
• Sale items

Canada Post Xpresspost Shipping Guarantee

Items shipped with the Canada Post Xpresspost guaranteed delivery are only guaranteed for the shipping time. In the event the item is not delivered on time, a refund of the difference between Xpresspost and Expedited parcel will be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund if they are not delivered on time, as they are sold as a final sale.
